Materials on the Move
October 1st - November 25th, 2020
The McMaster MSTS decided to host its very first Virtual Materials on the Move event, consisting of a 5 km walk/run and/or a 10 km bike ride, with the hope of encouraging everyone to get moving and take a (much needed) break from the increased screen time everyone has been experiencing lately.
This event also encouraged participants to capture images of anything related to materials science and engineering while they were on the move. Students were encouraged to submit their photos along with a photo caption for a chance WIN a free one-year Material Advantage Student Membership!
Congratulations to Toby McMurray for being the recipient of this year's photo contest!
