Stelco Tour

The McMaster MSTS partnered with the Engineering Co-op and Career Services (ECCS) to offer another tour of Stelco. Undergraduate and graduate students from the Faculty of Engineering were invited to tour the steel shop, where students got to see the Desulphurization Station, Basic Oxygen Steelmaking Furnace, Secondary Steelmaking Station (which includes the ladle treatment station and the vessel degasser), and the Caster.
